Item 1 of 3

Supported by the Embassy of Peru in the UK, this event held in the hotel's hidden whisky bar, Sibin, promises an exploration of Peru's iconic national drink, guided by talented Peruvian mixologist, Giancarlo Nazario. Guests can delve into the world of Pisco by sampling four varieties from award-winning brands, each paired with a crafted cocktail and a pure sip of the spirit.

The experience includes a gastronomic journey featuring Peruvian canapés that showcase the richness of the country's culinary heritage. From the tangy freshness of ceviche to the savoury delights of pulpo al olivo, papa a la huancaina and empanadas, each bite transports you to the heart of Peruvian cuisine.

Ambassador of Peru His Excellency Juan Carlos Gamarra will welcome guests with insights into the cultural significance of Pisco, and a deeper understanding of the highly prided Peruvian spirit.

Priced at £48 per person, the Pisco Masterclass at Sibin takes place between 5.30 and 7.30pm on 8 February 2024, and is a must attend for connoisseurs and enthusiasts seeking to savour the essence of Peru at the iconic Great Scotland Yard Hotel in the heart of London. Sibin will remain open after the masterclass for guests to enjoy.
