Rosewood London’s function rooms combine architectural heritage and modern facilities with personalised, five-star service

LOCATED IN HOLBORN, one of the capital’s most central and historic locales, Rosewood London is the perfect location for meetings and events – diplomatic, social or otherwise. Within its immaculately restored Edwardian Grade II-listed building, Rosewood London’s magnificent selection of heritage function rooms can accommodate all sizes and types of gatherings, from intimate dinners to receptions for up to 555 guests.

Unique to the capital, Rosewood London’s Event Studio is a place where guests can personalise each event through creative brainstorms with professional planners. Whether it’s tailored menus with carefully sourced ingredients, floral decoration, entertainers or toastmasters, the Event Studio’s planning professionals assist before, during and after events.

With 12 event spaces, Rosewood London offers 1,083 square metres of indoor meeting space. The hotel’s support services include state-of-the-art technology systems, IT and telecommunications engineers, plus teleconferencing and videoconferencing capabilities, and complimentary high-speed internet access in all meeting rooms.

GRAND BALLROOM:

Ideal for a national day reception, Rosewood London’s Grand Ballroom is a luxurious venue that can accommodate up to 555 guests, but it can also be divided into three smaller spaces, each with an independent entrance. Two dramatic staircases lead from the hotel lobby to the balcony, overlooking the Grand Ballroom’s spectacular foyer, leading to the five Salons that can serve as supplementary rooms for ballroom conferences or festive events.

SALONS:

A series of five elegant rooms, the salons can be divided into two, three, four or five separate chambers. Their proximity to the ballroom make them flexible break-out spaces for a larger event.

CHAIRMAN’S BOARDROOMS:

Overlooking High Holborn, the Chairman’s Boardrooms offer a stately location for lunch, dinner or board meetings for up to 14 people. Named in honour of three past Chairmen of Pearl Assurance – Sir George, Sir James and Sir Geoffrey – the Boardrooms have carefully preserved French walnut and Cuban mahogany-panelled fireplaces, and each has its own bespoke paper stock, letterhead and stationery.

DINING ROOM & LIVING ROOM:

On the ground floor, the Dining Room and Living Room are private spaces with large windows that can accommodate up to 2o guests for a meeting, working breakfast, lunch or dinner. As the only private dining space with a show kitchen in a five-star London hotel, the Dining Room can offer unique culinary experiences, be it a food and wine pairing event, a cooking lesson or theatrical private dinner.
