feb march propertyDiplomat discovers phenomenal luxury in the City of London in the development of Ten Trinity Square, The Residences at Four Seasons

LATE LAST YEAR, international developer and investor Reignwood Group, a global Chinese enterprise, launched the residential sales of Ten Trinity Square, The Residences at Four Seasons.

The former Port of London Authority building has undergone a four-year long renovation by Reignwood Group and on completion in 2016, is set to become one of the City’s most coveted addresses. President of Reignwood Investments UK Mr Ni said: “After a meticulous restoration process, we are delighted to welcome prospective buyers to Ten Trinity Square. Each of the residences has been designed to considerably raise the standard of luxury living in the City with a sophisticated and international buyer in mind.”

At a time when London surpasses New York as the most important city to the world’s ultra high net worth community, Ten Trinity Square presents luxury living in close proximity to the heart of London.

Ten Trinity Square was originally designed by noted architect Sir Edwin Cooper and opened in 1922 by Prime Minister David Lloyd George. Aside from its origins as the headquarters of the Port of London Authority, Ten Trinity Square also hosted the reception for the 1946 inaugural meeting of the General Assembly of the United Nations.

The 41 spacious, luxury residences are located on floors three to seven and start at £5 million. Each residence ranges between one and five bedrooms with sumptuous living areas, accessed by a marble-clad lobby and private elevator entrance. Interiors will be inspired by the neo-classical  architecture of the building and capitalise on the apartments’ outstanding views of the Thames, Tower of London and Tower Bridge. The building will also house a Four Seasons hotel with 100 guest rooms and The Club, including business centre, meeting rooms, cigar lounge, bar and the Château Latour Room.
