PROPERTY WATCH: ‘The Loft Collection’ at Landmark Pinnacle is set to become Europe’s tallest residential tower

“THE LOFT COLLECTION’ at Landmark Pinnacle has been launched and features free upgrades to its initial offering on studio apartments for future and existing buyers.

Reimagined by London developers Chalegrove Properties Ltd, ‘The Loft Collection’ features an exceptional free upgrade: studio apartments with the function, look and feel of a one-bedroom apartment. Available in three different layout types the apartments are spaced across levels 11 to 64, with prices starting from £480,000. Rami Atallah, Project Coordinator at Chalegrove Properties, says: “The Loft Collection is a premium upgrade to our studio offering, providing sophisticated living spaces for those looking for a prime apartment in London’s ever-growing financial district. With the new partitions and layouts, we’re ultimately offering a one-bedroom apartment for the price of a studio, which will be hard to find anywhere else in London.”

‘The Loft Collection’ is designed by world renowned architects Squire & Partners and features neutral palettes with timber floors and floor-to-ceiling windows.  Subtle design elements come together to create a studio with more functional space, bright ambience and breath-taking views of Canary Wharf and the wider London cityscape.

Ranging in size from 419 to 548 square feet, a selection of apartments within ‘The Loft Collection’ include exclusively designed ‘pop-and-slide doors’. These doors slide open sideways to provide fresh air and a sense of outside space, while taking up no internal area.

In total, the development comprises 752 residential properties, with over 70 per cent of units sold to date. Set to become an icon on the London skyline, the 239 metre high 75 storey tower will become London and Europe’s tallest residential tower upon completion.

Landmark Pinnacle will feature an extraordinary collection of amenities, including the highest residential gymnasium and private roof terrace in London. Other amenities include a full-floor residents’ garden styled on a traditional London garden square, cinema room, golf simulator, putting green, table tennis room, two arcade rooms with snooker tables, lounge and relaxation rooms, meeting facilities and two spectacular private dining areas complete with service kitchens.

Located in one of London’s best-connected districts, Landmark Pinnacle is within walking distance of three DLR stations, and the Jubilee line at Canary Wharf Underground station, which is soon set to welcome Crossrail. A retail and dining destination in its own right Canary Wharf benefits from a number of leading restaurants, whilst esteemed private members society The Arts Club is opening in 2020 – the same year the development will be ready for occupation.
